If it were me, once it was all said and done and I had my money back, I'd report this dishonest seller to GB. In my opinion, there is no possible way he was "mistaken" about what he was selling. Of course, I'm a vindictive SOB.....

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
