Some other guys on the DW Facebook group said their 15" muzzle looks like that. So I guess it’s normal.

It may not be "normal" but I have the same thing on a 10" Monson .44.

I checked the rifling on all of mine, they all go to the muzzle, except for one of my .357s. It seems a hair shy of reaching the muzzle.
