Gentlemen....I appreciate the interest in these parts. I really thought Walt was just going to post the barrels for sale that he took to inspect. I haven't cleaned any of the other product or for that matter completely inventoried it or thoroughly inspected it.

I'll definitely post through here for sale but please allow me a little time to see what all is here and to clean it up and when needed photograph it.

Thank you very much for the interest and I'll be back in touch with you all very soon.

Allen it was Rex's idea for me to post early. Big Grin Actually I didn't figure anyone would see it till Monday as the forum doesn't have much weekend traffic.

Anyway here is the pictures of the barrels and the patch.

Here are the barrel measurements and a big surprise to me.

2.30" OAL

0.50" OD

.355" ID

That's right the barrels are 9mm dia.

If those are snubby 2.5 barrels in 357 (which I'm sure they are)… I need one.

***EDIT  -- I just pulled the snubby from one of my 715 Pacs...  2.510" OAL / .514 Dia / .345 bore

OAL is the main concern... 2.3 is too short.

I saw that -- groove diameters differ -- if you read my reply, my groove diameter is only .345 in my 715.

As many barrels that were pulled on the old DW broaches, I'm sure there are a wide variety of bore diameters.

My 357's all measure .350" and one thing I didn't mention but figured all would understand that the .50" OD means it will be too small to screw into 357 frame and I did check and it will just drop through the frame. Am going to check the 722 after lunch, but looks to me to be bigger OD so doubt it will fit.

I just noticed the barrel profile... If I had to make a guess from the comfort of my couch, I'd say those are barrel for Lil Dan...

Have you tried screwing one into a model 14/15....?  I believe Lil dan has a different barrel diameter.

Yup it just dropped through the frame of my 15 and the 715, it lookes to be too big for my 722, might dig it out after lunch.

I seem to remember a 9mm revolver in a list of available in the add fold out that came with my old 715, but it may have been somewhere else. I sent Kieth at DW an email about the find.

Also thought those Lil Dans were all 38's, but you know DW could have made a few in 9mm I guess.

I have never seen 9MM mentioned in any of the DW brochures or articles that I have so if you have something that states otherwise we would love to see it!

I'll try to pull out my 738P (Lil' Dan) tomorrow and check dimensions...

We are 150 miles from any major city and in a county of 43,00, and in walks a DW.  Jaw Dropping
