Most I have seen are, some times the stud may be shorter or longer.

There is an old small medallion like this.

I think CF may have a set of grips with them.

I don't know if the ones you pictured were ever used as a factory medallion. I thought they may have been, but I have yet to see any brochures or old pics with them. The ones I have just have the "W", from what I can see. Plus, the silver tends to come off these really easy, because they are plastic...

The medallion diameter is just over 1/4"

The later brass medallions are obviously much larger. These are 9/16 diameter...all the brass medallions are the same size, from what I've seen.

Walt, not sure without seeing them but those sound like the ones that

came on the Sentinials.

CF, yep the small ones are plastic, I have a couple sets of them that

I'm not doing anything with. If you want a set to replace your chipped

ones drop me a line.

That's about what I expected. Hopefully some good will come if it though & they'll fix the description to something more accurate.

Remove the grip.  Then I use an L shaped allen wrench to press on the pin from the back of the medallion where it protrudes slightly into the hole in the grip.

I posted this a while back on a similiar thread...I use a cotter pin puller--works great, like it was meant for the job--awesome leverage, pinpoint precision.

Yes all of those will work and I have even used a bent nail. The secrete that a lot of guys don't realise is the medallion stud hole goes all the way through into the inside of the grip. It can be real hard to see sometimes but it is there. All someone has to do is find something to push the medallion out forom the inside so as to not dammage the medallion or the grip.cool

I'm not knowingly putting any Chinese anything on my DW's, sorry

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
