O.k. i have 8 DW's. this is REALLY embarrassing to report, but i didn't think this could be done. there was a second barrel nut jammed in there. when i talked to Robert at DW, he said he removed the barrel nut and did i need a replacement. i told him i had the barrel nut and shroud nut that i removed. can't believe i didn't catch that. i can hear all of you laughing at me. i did consider the possibility but really couldn't see it upon inspection. never seen/heard of this one. didn't think there was enough room in there to do this.  have a good laugh at my expense. i deserve it. All i can say in my defense is who would do something like this?
