Yellowjacket here.  Just checking in to introduce myself.  I love revolvers, mostly 357 mag and 44 mag.  I just bought my first Dan Wesson.  I believe it to be a 1977, based on your S/N lookup list.  It's a 15-2.  I learned a lot from this site while shopping for my first Dan.  Thanks for all the great info.  Now to find some nice barrels, and grips to add to my purchase.  I have sent an email to LB for info on grips, and purchased tools from EWKarms.  I think I may have the fever.....  I know, pics....  I need to learn how to post one here......

Keith, Welcome to DWF. 15-2 is probably the entry level for most of us, and a pretty good place to start.
Strongly suggest you look at Average Joe Tune UP to learn more about how it works and what you might do to tighten things up.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
