Mine looks kinda like the blued one on the left but different. Thanks to a neighbor gunsmith??? this is what I now have. Sight was a little cocked and he said no problem. I learned a hard lesson. DW people only

I realize this thread is a year or so old but am looking for a replacement rear sight for my large frame DW. The base on my newly acquired 44 is cracked at the elevation screw hole. It appears the firearm was dropped on the sight or simply over tightened.
The elevation screw is (as pictured by Dakota Jack's post the, firearm on the left) further towards the back of the base.
The only thing I have found that may be even close is the Magnum Research BFR rear sight.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to come back and post what I found with regard to the sights particular to this firearm.
I sent an email to Keith at CZ, he stated there are no replacement sights in this configuration. The best bet is to watch the auction sites or have a new hole drilled and tapped for the other style sight elevation screw.
I am not too keen on drilling and tapping a new hole and want to keep this original if at all possible. I whittled out a rough looking base over the weekend in my shop. I have a functioning base but it is not too pretty, all I had to use was some scrap silicon bronze. The original appears to be of some type of sintered magnetic alloy.
I need to find some new wire size drills and get back to it. Will post the results here when finished.
