Title says it is a 7460 45 acp, they are wrong 7 we know is for stainless and 460 is for the 460 rowland, so I am really unsure what the model designation is, maybe at one time you could get the 45cyl for the 460.
But I say it is rare because it is 45acp for one and it is one of the crossover compensated barrels. If you look at the slots they are cut verticle not at an angle and the front site is a pin in front of the comp.
Todays comp has angled slots and a regular style front site installed behind the comp.

Based on the Blue Book of Values the only thing I can figure is that this is a 45 Pin Gun. The Blue Book states it was made between 1993 and 1995 with a 5" vent or heavy vent barrel with a two stage taylor forcing cone. I'm not sure when they started making the ported shroud like the one in the picture. Here is the picture although its not very good:
