I bought this in 92 from orig owner who said he had it since the 70's. I put 500 rounds thru it and then forgot about it since the mid90's.
Its blued with no barney, came with the brown leather type soft zippered case. Has a 1.75" & 5.25" barrels, 3 tool wrench, barrel box, feeler gauge all original. The barrel wrapper has a 1978 MAY date stamped into it. The barrels are heavy duty, but Im not sure if the are V or HV.
Overall no wear aside from a light line on the cylinder from rotating. The serial number 2354xx seems to line up with the late 70's.

Did alot of net searching and don't see another like this kit. Any idea of its worth? Anyone have any history or info on this setup?

You have a sort of made up item, it probably was not originally sold as is. You have a 15-2, and it has a 2VH BA on it. It looks like you may have a box for the 6V BA, a DW case, and a barrel wrench that does not look to be correct for 1979.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
