I believe by the looks of them they are Millet rings. I was bidding on a set of Leupolds Sat night on Fleabay, but they went for 80 bucks or so.

They are not marked with a manufacturer. There are a few small marks/gouges on the 8VH shroud where these rings were mounted to the rib, they may be for a different revolver and made to work on the DW.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
