Recently changed the firing pin on my Dan wesson 357 magnum ctg, now it is misfiring & not striking the center of the primer, but on the lower part of all six primers are indentations of where the firing pin hit it lightly.Could the firing pin be to short ? I purchased it from the dan wesson/cz usa website. Can anyone help me ?

I didn't change the firing pin on mine, but my 15-2 started doing the same thing.  I've ordered a new mainspring, hoping that's the problem.

Good morning   And why did you change firing pins ?  Was the  revolver already faulty ?

Well, I tightened the top side plate screw on mine and now it seems to be trustworthy again.
