New to forum, I have a couple Dan Wesson's but just picked this one up today. I believe it is a model 15 ? Was in great shape, Monson made ( I don't believe Monson plant is still there - sorry, amateur here :) ). Was in great shape and think I got a decent price. Any info. appreciated. Serial # 80xxx ( picked up some 7.62x54r Russian too ).

That looks like a nice example of an early 15-2. Â
The Monson school house factory is long gone as is the one at Palmer MA. Â
CZ now owns Dan Wesson and they are now located in Norwich NY.

I grew up not far from Monson and Palmer, Ma so always enjoy purchasing guns from that area. I enjoy H&R's from Worcester and Gardner too :) 15-2, perfect, thank you! Â
