Thanks to shoot, who helped out on many levels with this project, I present to you the following!

Most of you will note these are AR/M16 style flash hiders, the first picture shows the one for the DW's with a recessed nut in the end of the shroud. I also made a few for the external nut guns! So all bases should be covered for the small frame! laugh

Just take off your stock barrel nut and screw one of these puppies on and you are good to go!

Available for purchase from EWK! occasion

Thanks!

Eric

I'm not seeing any law against having a flash hider on a Revolver in CA. Only Semi pistols & Rifles.

Tempting. 😀

Edit: Any chance of seeing a picture with one attached?laugh

Very cool - I wonder how much it will cut down

the flash on a 2.5 snubby.

Yes, I ordered one because they look cool.

The question is:

Who is going to come up with the idea for a barrel/cylinder gap flash hider?

B/C gap flash hiders have been around a long time--mainly used on attempts to suppress a revolver.

That's super cool. Hope that something like this could be done as a comp on large framed revolvers (445 sm)

I have a pic somewhere on my portable hard drive--they are gas seals intended for use with a suppressed revolver.

Suppressed revolvers have never worked well, with the exception of the nagant revolver which uses a cool cylinder/shell design.

Well now, CT still has the AWB, so my AR cannot have a flash hider, so can my revolver have one? confused

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
