Hey guys, I have a stainless DW pistol pack and i dont want to lower its value. I was wondering if drilling and tapping your DW barrels will lower its value during resale in the future? i was wondering because i am planning on putting a drill and tap mount on my dw since clamp on mounts are extremely hard to find. Let me know thanks

In most cases, I do believe that drilling & tapping a shroud does lower it's value a bit.
In the interest of preserving it's value, you could find another shroud on one of the gun auction sites, Egouge, EWK's site, or order one from DW directly.

Get an RH shroud from EWK if you want to scope it. Not much more than having 4 holes tapped into a rib and a lot more sturdy too.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
