The 414 is like a 4 leaf clover, a few are out there but rare.
I was lucky to order mine when I did. Otherwise I would still be looking

4 leaf clovers are easy to find in comparison. 414s are a rare and elusive creature rarely seen in captivity. The guys here probably account for a good portion that exist. Except me of course.

The 25 from the Palmer plant were all stainless. Dan Wesson PLANNED to make both blue and stainless versions, and thus released press reports stating that. Those press releases are what made it into the gun catalogs. You'll see many other references to different guns that were never made available to the public in those Blue Books and Shooter's Digests.
