Hey everyone I have a bit of a problem and I was wondering if anyone had some advice

I ordered a few parts from CZ/DW a week ago, and recieved almost all of the order.
ÂÂ
I am missing one of the things I ordered though, the walnut grips!
ÂÂ
Everything else showed up in the package, minus my grips....
ÂÂ
What's the best way to persue?
ÂÂ
I shot an email to genny, and I'm going to call them up tomorrow durring lunch.
ÂÂ
Any other ideas? Thanks ~

I often receive orders in mltiple shipments. I would simply call Priscilla and verify they will be shipped seperate. I have not had any problems with omitted items in the past.
