Would like to upgrade my sights.  But find very little available.  The rear on mine is hard to see(at least for me).  would like to get some form of night sights.

You do occasionally see both OEM and Millet sights on the various auction sites so it's worth while to keep looking.

There is a guy on E-Bay selling a fiber optic front sight that may help target acquistion, I found the front fiber optic sight really helped on a Ruger I tried it on.

I believe that the Millett adjustable rear sight was the only available aftermarket choice.  I did install one of these (white outline) on my 15-2VH6 and use the yellow colored front ramp sight.  I like the Millett sight much better than the stock factory unit.

There is currently a Bo Mar rear sight on E-Bay, I wasn't aware that they also made a rear after market sight for the Model 15.

It has a .125 opening, Dan Wesson made one with a .80 also for use with the thinner front sights.  The smaller notch is hard to find though.

Seen one that a local gunsmith did some years ago, and he drilled out two holes in the sides of the   center slot in the rear and one hole in a 'patridge' ( front and it looked like the 3 dots on an auto  pistol........picked up quite nicely ( quickly) and used to be, they sold the 'Tritium' ( nite sights) inserts for these "3 dot " applications....have not seen anything on this for some as we have been "retired" ourselves........
