All my 414 brass is of first run, so that would make sense why the rifle primers work well, Most of my 445 brass is later manufacture, and the rifle primers do not seat as deep as with the 414. I have never had a problem, but will do some different loading in the future based on measured primer pockets. This thread has been most educational, Thanks to Doom for starting all this
