As a muzzle brake, not so good.
But it sure does the job as a barrel nut !
It is a quite tough material, hard to drill with HSS bits, i recommend carbide tipped ones and lots of cutting fluid/coolant since i ruined one HSS drill bit, it got so hot that the tip started to glow red.
