Has anyone replaced the hammer spring or done other work to improve the DA trigger pull on a Lil' Dan? I know that Wolff Springs has hammer kits available for the small frame revolvers and I'm wondering if any are usable in the Lil' Dan or if anyone has experimented on the action? Below is a pic of the Lil'Dan hammer spring.

The 738 parts are unique. Small frame 15-2 components will not fit.

It helped to detail strip the revolver and perform a complete cleaning and a little polishing where parts rub (except the sear where it engages the hammer, left that alone). There was quite a bit of pocket lint inside that indicates it was an everyday pocket carry, probably with no holster. While the DA pull is still very heavy, it's much smoother and feels more like I would expect a Dan Wesson to feel.
