I ran across this web site and they seem to have 445 SM brass available. I went to the order form with 100 cases selected and it didn't say "out of stock".  Didn't buy any but may later:

I placed an order with a few months back and the next day I got an email stating that my order was cancelled because the 445 brass was out of stock.Cry

Midway has StarLine 445 cases for $12 less/100. They too are out of stock as of this post.
