I got to get some range time today being that my hunting season basically ended during archery.  So I decided to take out the DW Model 40 .357 Super Mag with the newly loaded Star-Line Brass and 18 grains of IMR 4227 and 180 grain bullets some Hornady XTP others were Penn Bullets Hard Cast Lead.  I also shot a 20 pack of the 158 grain Jamison Factory Ammo.  Here is the Chrono Data- I used CCI Small rifle primers in my reloads.  

VERY Interesting that the Lead Cast bullets were about 100 fps faster than the Hornady XTPs .  I have not yet cleaned the gun it will be interested to see if leading is an issue.   

I shot a few groups of each type of bullet at 25 yards and accuracy seemed excellent in all three, with a slight edge to the lead cast bullets- I wear Bifocals and was shooting open sights.  The elevation accuracy was excellent with the windage accuracy moving a good bit.  I would ABSOLUTELY attribute this to shooter error as I am certain I am able to keep my elevation sight picture clearer than my windage sight picture.
