I found a 1911 Zebra Grip to go with my Dan Wesson Zebra Grip revolvers. My 1911 is a Limited Ed. Colt Gold Cup National Match. I know I need to find me a 1911 DW. I'm trying. The grip actually matches my gold inlays on the pistol. The last pic is my custom Springfield .45 ACP

We REALLY need to find someone who brings out the very best in beautiful wood to make some 1911 grips.
Anybody know someone like that?

I can only imagine what L.B.'s 1911 grips would look like. L.B. seems to be stretched thin right now.

Hey L.B. you would be the only guy that is proprietary to DW 1911 grips and DW pistol grips. One day maybe you will have some time. Well, we planted the seed lets see when it will grow. I'll be your first customer.

Alright guys enough poking already.  Yea I will e v e n t u a l y get around to doing 1911 grips. Although 1911 grips will be very limited as there are already dozens of 1911 grip makers who do outstanding work, such as Esmeralda or Sarge. But don't give up on me it's just a matter of round tuits.
