I have always admired the early swing out cylinder double action revolvers. Gotta love the exposed ejector rod! These two sometimes ride together to the range with me: Colt Official Police 38 and an early Charter Arms Undercover. Both are quite accurate and a lot of fun to shoot.
I'm very partial to the 'old' DA revolvers, too, particularly Colts.
My oldest is a 'Thunderer' Model 1877 .41LC. I've also got a Model 1892 in .41LC, a pretty nice herd of Army Specials and Police Positive Specials in various calibers, and a couple of New Service .45's (1909 and 1917).
Vintages range from 1899 to the late 1920's.
Regards,
Jim
