Got this barrel mounted peep sight for my Henry BBS 44 mag yesterday.
I really like it, but have not shot it yet. fit/finish and quality are excellent !! 
For you guys w/Henry's and lots of other brands and not wanting to scope it, I highly recommend

So how many rounds do you have down the pipe thus far, and how do you like it?

I just ordered on of the Henry's in 41mag. Ordered a Skinner also, but went with the receiver mount. Hopefully will be in next week.

Shipping was fast for mine. I read that w/receiver mount you will prob.have to also go w/a taller front sight.
I may have to also, but it's about 50/50 on the barrel mount style. We shall see !! I was going to scope it,
but if I'm good at 100 yrd I'm cool w/that, and it looks better wo/scope to me.

Yes, I ordered the .650 front sight also. I used the same setup on a Marlin 30-30 a couple of years ago & really like it. Please report back how you like your 44 after your range time.

I have the Henry .41 Steel. You're going to love it. Had the .357 and really liked it, the .41 came out and had to have it. Now my brother has the .357.

Put a short report on peep sight in range thread, But I REALLY like it.
4 turns up and was good at 50yrd no problem. I can see it way better than the stock one.
That's why I got a barrel mount sight, the farther away from my eye the better
