Cheers!…I agree with every one of Ted's opinions and comments.  Ted has always spoken from the heart and he speaks for a significant portion of our society.  What separates Ted from the rest of us is that he does let our PC society inhibit his behavior and speech  PC is one of those horrible things that has led this Country astray.  We need more Ted Nugents who are willing to speak out and take action!

I couldn't agree more!

I'm not a very PC person myself…and as the years go on, I've noticed more & more that I seem to be standing alone with my comments. Some of the astonished looks I get sometimes, makes me want to go over & SLAP some people in the face…Slap …and say WAKE UP, YOU (MAMBY-PAMBY) IDIOTS!Yell

Actually, this may be the reason why I enjoyed Clint's latest movie so much...political correctness was thrown right out the window in this movie!! 😀 I loved it! LOL!!

"Some of the astonished looks I get sometimes"

Probably from the socialist Californians -

 - that have been invading typically conservative places, like Utah, Colorado and Arizona.

I thought the movie was great too for the same reasons and then some.

What I also liked about the movie was that the Clint Eastwood character reminded me of my father...you know the type...he speaks his opinions no matter what and he doesn't take sh*t from anybody!  While I was watching the movie, I had an epiphany and realized I was that character too (a little tamer version, but I'll get there eventually).  What's funny is that at that moment I recalled the lyrics to the classic Neil Young song "Old Man"... "Old man take a look at my life, I'm a lot like you...".

It's like Mark Twain once said, History doesn't repeat itself, but it rhymes.

CF,

Great wisdom, I find myself a bit more like my father everyday and telling my sons they will get there too.  My father has often commented that if we were physically able that us older gents should be the guys on the front line in the battle conflicts we face, not our offspring, because we have lived a life to some degree and having nothing left to lose and won't take any crap from anyone.  You know a shoot first ask questions late mentallity.  I believe that comment came some time shirtly after 9/11 and the Afghan invasion, for what it is worth I believe it holds alot of truth
