Senate Bill 152 amends Kansas statutes to make them clear about allowing persons with appropriate permits to carry a concealed handgun and any lawful suppressive devices for a handgun while lawfully hunting, fishing, or furharvesting.
slowly we are becoming a state in which you can carry!

I hope you guys get it. We have CCW here, but, if you print, or reach up and expose your weapon, you can get in BIG trouble...that is why we legislative bills pending this session for open carry...if you do "expose" your self,
this law will help greatly.
