Found this forum while looking for information on the Model 22 8" that I've had for some time, and what appears to be a 9-2 that I picked up today.  I certainly didn't know that .38 Specials were fairly rare, glad I checked it out before taking the reamer to the .38 cylinder to make it a Magnum!

Welcome to the DWF!  The 9-2 is a great find; I have two 8-2s and have never come across the 9-2.  When I do, I'll buy it!  Now, some pics are due!
