OfflineWhen I was researching my newly acquired revolver, this forum was a great help. I'm Joe, originally from Maryland and now here in eastern NC. I'm a husband, father, grandfather, cat dad.....all the boring stuff.
I have a normal job, normal car, normal house. Not a lot to show off, but it's mine.
Hoping to be a good member of the forum and pitch in when I can.
My DW is a 1971 Model 15

OfflineThanks for the warm welcome, folks. I'm not sure if the original pic of my '71 Model 15 came through, so here is another. I do have the smaller service size grips that came on the gun, but these are little better for my hands.
The cylinder is in the white from someone trying to reblue it at sometime in its life. I credit this forum and all the resources for helping me determine that it infact is a 1971 model.

OfflineWelcome from a fellow North Carolinian (originally from western PA). Really sweet Model 15 you have there; I always enjoy seeing revolvers that are showing their well used history. None of mine are anywhere close to pristine. The Model W12 and Model 15 have the best triggers of all DW’s IMHO.
