Went to the "range" today with the DW and a couple other new toys. Wow! What a shooter! 180gr 44mags were great and the specials felt like a 22. Wasn't too worried about groupings at this point. Just trying to get a feel for the new guns.
SA trigger was tight and very smooth. DA trigger was quite a bit stiffer and took a while to get used to. Scope seemed to be pretty much spot on right away. The previous owner took really good care of this thing. I think I'm hooked on this gun.
Sent 25 44s through the DW. 150 through the new ruger sr9c. 25 38s and 25 357s through the gfs S&W 640. Not a single FTF or anything odd from any of the 3 guns. That made the afternoon a success in my mind.
