I'm a long time DW shooter and fan. I was given my DW44VH pistol pac as a birthday gift when I was 14. (30 years ago)
When I went out into the world it was left with my Dad, who undertook serious customization. Now known as the "Widowmaker", it's just as accurate and as fun to shoot as the day we got it; but a whole lot more serious looking.

I would like to do a 10" WidowMaker if I could find a reasonably priced barrel.

I think maybe we've previously met the Widowmaker?
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I believe you may have, as I said in the post my Father was responsible for the customization. He posts here as DW44MAGVH. The DW is a family thing.

If all you need is the barrel CZ/DW has them for
$118 for the 44 ten inch.

Thanks Blacktop, it's funny I just e-mailed Priscilla at DW/CZ? about that very topic. At $118.00 I think a 10" Widowmaker could very well be in the future.
Does anyone know if the 10" barrel is exactly two inches longer that the 8"?

I believe they may be only 9 3/4. You had better check with DW before you start fabrication. Good luck and can't wait to see the final product.
