Just picked up my 1st Dan Wesson.
2020 N.I.B. Dan Wesson Specialist 10mm BlackÂÂ
I am 62 y.o.
Shooting rifles / shotguns for 48 yrs
Shooting pistols / revolvers for 42 yrs
Yet this is my 1st 1911 , as for all these yrs I have concentrated on revolvers and DA/SA semi autos.
I have been shooting with 10mm for several yrs with a Ruger GP-100 and a Sig Sauer P220 .
I figured that at this stage in my life , if I was going to move into a new format ( 1911 ) , I might as well treat myself to the exceptional Dan Wesson brand .
It's good to be here !
