Recently we inherited a DW .41 magnum and we’re having troubles figuring out the model number or anything about it. My mother in law took it to a pawn shop and all they could tell her that it was a “rare gun” and she knows nothing about the gun itself except that her and my father in law purchased it sometime between 1980-1990 so any information would be greatly appreciated! D85B29D5-4E8C-43CA-8411-53A6BD62AE57.jpegImage Enlarger

dwf-welcome to the  dwf

That is a nice Model 741 with a 10″ barrel in vented rib, heavy underlug configuration, manufactured around 1984.

741 VH10.

Very nice piece and in my favorite caliber.

Too bad it has been neglected and scuffed up.

If you're going to drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.

A little time with a tan Scotch Brite pad will make that look like new again.
