Did they not relief cut the cylinder on the 445s? Both my 357s have the inlet chambers in the cylinder.
Thanks for posting your photos, that helps a lot. However, not sure what you mean there, relief cut?

My 7445's cylinder has a definite "stop" line machined in the cylinder so no longer brass can pass...shorter ones sure, but no longer ones past the .445 shell length.

OfflineI just upload however many I want as attachments and they must adjust themselves. Thanks for the compliment on the grips they were made by LB Grips here on the Forum he makes them and the link is on the main page. Right now he is backlogged. In the pictured grip, I sent him the wood it is black and white ebony.
The are recessed chambers pioneered by Smith & Wesson with the prewar K22s and maybe the Registered Magnums. I would have to check my buried treasures to answer that. It was a safety feature to keep the rim of rimfire ammo from bursting and spraying debris. I think modern ammo doesn't have that problem. Few Revolvers still do it.

How do you add multiple pics to a single post? When I add one single pic its huge until I submit it.
I can work multiple photos into a post easily...usually.  Most likely it depends on whether you do most your perusing on a smart phone or a desktop/laptop. My experience is that this forum is mostly geared toward the latter.

Me, myself, I click keys on a desktop & enjoy "full size" aspect ratio of posts & posts, and rarely encounter issues that "smart" phone users have.
Just putting that out there...
