good catch. It’s one of my favorite possessions. Pic is in selfie mode so it’s revearsed, it is indeed hung properly with the blue field at left.

It’s origin is unknown. I volunteer at an air museum, this flag was found in a trash bag in a storage shed. We were going to give it to the Boy Scouts for a proper disposal ceremony.
I saved it from the fire and love it dearly.
the pistol was given to me by my mother. Honestly I don’t think she’s ever shot it. I took it out for a few rounds in the late 90s and it’s been stored ever since.
i asked her last week what she’d take for it. She said here ya go. So now I have .357
