Well it happened to me !!! Â Slide locked-up on the 38 Super..
Cleaned and lubed last night for continued break-in ... Â Shot # 4 this morning locked it up -- luckily it came apart fairly easily. Â Pulled it down at the range, no visible issues. Â Wiped down the slide rails good and lubed it HEAVILY with the only thing I had in truck-Outers gun oil.
Ran 5 round mags for the next 46 rounds , checking slide after each mag--no issues. Â I'll give it another thorough cleaning before the next range trip and lube it a little on the heavier side this time.

Had a hiccup like that with the PM9. No problems after that- totally my fault for not having lubed properly...
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
