Well got up this morning and headed off the Roanoke Gun Show.  I had been there maybe 4 minutes when I spot a Monson 722VH6 with box for $375 on a dealer table.  I ask him what the best he could do was and he said $350 I told him that I would think about it.  As I walk away I'm thinking to myself I could turn this over on GB for a tidy profit so I turn around and go back... well you guessed it someone who had looked at it prior to me was stuff it in his bag!  He offered to sell it to me for $400 but I decided to pass.
So a word to the wise... if you find a 722VH6 for $350 don't think about it, buy it!

I wish you would have grabbed it - I was just asking you the other day if you had a VH6 with that VH4 bbl. you were trying to sell

Harly,  I'm not sure what I was thinking (obviously I wasn't!).  Normally if I see something like that I'm pulling for my wallet before I even know the price.  If I had remember at the time that you were looking for the VH6 I would have bought it without question. ÂÂ

Nah, but it can curl your eyebrows from time to time.

Man, That's why I don't think just grab and it won't leave my hand till the deal is done! Next time!    Like Walt said 400 wouldn't have been bad either! ah well next time it will be a pac at 500!! we can all only hope! in 22mag even!
