i have a red number 1 in my pm box but am unable to find a pm i haven't responded too.
anyone help?

You should be able to click on the "Inbox" tab, then scroll down to read your PM.
At the top of the Inbox there are a series of icons, as you scroll over them,you will find one that allows you to "Reply to Message". If this is a "conversation" with several responses and replies at the extreme right of this area there will be a triangle/arrow toggle that allows you to expand or collapse the history on the PM.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
