I see that Warne has info that states a 7.3 ring is basically a 22 lr rifle mount. Right?
It can fit 3/8" or 11mm rail by flipping the clamp over.
The rail is flat so the mounting ring base has to be flat.
Now what I see is there is no type of mount where the clamp screw would be low enough to go through one of the milled out slots like on the EWK RH shroud...
Or is there?
Now what does the 7.3 stand for?

See thread "Scope rings for EWK RH shrouds" Located in the small frame picture section. I posted a link in this thread with the scope rings made by Warne for Brownells only. These rings have the recoil lugs that fit within the rails.

The 7.3 rail, while close, is not the same as a .22 rail, and you do not want to use .22 rings on the RH shrouds as they will not work good with the .357/.38 recoil.Â
