Just bought a NIB 32H&R magnum IHMSA gun and it came with a yellow disc between the end of the cylinder and frame. I have seen some other NIB guns advertised without this. My question is, did ALL new Dan's come with this and if they didn't, about when did it stop?

That's a good question. I don't think we'll ever know definitively but the yellow disc is a common item.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Not all of them did, my original 15-2 did not have anything like this. I'm fairly sure that my son's #1 .445 SM did have one.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
