OfflineDoes anyone here use any type firearm insurance? Â I know that I get basic coverage by joining various clubs; NRA, TSRA, etc. Â My homeowners insurance is run by a bunch of gun hating liberals. Â I'm looking for firearm specific insurance that isn't scary expensive. Â

OfflineNot sure if this will do what you want, but give it a read. I surfed from the NRA into this site.

The ArmsCare Plus that is offered through the NRA is one of the lowest I have seen. Â If I insure all my firearms and accessories, I would still be shelling out ~ $1200 a year.
Almost as much as my current homeowners policy, which covers a much larger investment.

Wayne,
Your concerns are understood. Consider insuring a portion. If you have a loss, do you think you would loose everything. In a theft, I'm sure the perps wouldn't take everything, and in a fire, your homeowners would cover some and NRA would cover $1000 and everything in your 3 hour fire rated safe would be OK (hopefully). Just a thought.Â

Personally I hate insurance, we all take a risk from the day we are born and what does insurance do except for empty our wallets. Insurance doesn't save our lives.......

OfflineI have Auto-Owners for my car and home policy. Agent sold me on it because the guns and ATV's are not a problem. Replacement cost coverage of content's is 80% of home coverage. Example :  A $200,000.00 home policy has $160,000.00 of coverage for the content's.
I have had the insurance for 8 years now and every year I shop around but have never found a better rate per thousand. Not sure what all states they cover though.
