OfflineHello. I'm new here so if I do something against the law I apologize.  I have an opportunity to purchase a 15-2 in .357 with 4 barrels in the original case all the tools, etc. The gun is in superb condition, no scratches, idiot marks etc. The cylinder shows absolutely no wear to the bluing. The owner wants $1,100. Is this a fair price? I know virtually nothing about DW revolvers, but I would like to have this one.
Thanks for any help.

OfflineDecent price if you like the condition. I'd check to be sure that the barrel can be removed, and check for basic revolver function.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
