I just finished my first range session/ break in with my BRAND NEW Dan Wesson CCO. On round number 62 the rear sight fell COMPLETELY OFF. Should I be disappointed?I would have expected a tight fitting dovetail  ...not just a set screw keeping the sight in place. It fell out without any warning onto the floor. What do you suggest the fix should be?Â

Two suggestions:
1) Please visit New Members and introduce yourself
2) Just call DW in Norwich, they will make it right.
