Nice!

Is that a Pachmayr grip? It looks like the discontinued Presentation grip (DW), but there isn't the typical medallion in it.

Most of my Pachmayr presentation grips don't have the medallion.  I'm not sure of the story behind them--my story is they were the original DW grips before they started using the medallion.

Your picture reminds me of how much I like the look of the yellow front sight on the blue guns (and white on stainless). Red is by far my least favorite from an appearance standpoint.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I have to agree.  I find the red is the most dificult to see so it goes on the short (2.5 and 4 inch) barrels. The 6's get yellow and the 8's and 10's get white.  One of these days I'm going to try a fiber optic sight but I think I would have to change the fiber to amber from red. I don't suppose anyone here has done that?

This is what I use on my Ruger MK II and Buckmark

http://www.hivizsights.com/HRB1001-Handgun-Ruger-Mk-II-and-Browning-Buckmark-Front-Sight-P18.aspx

I'd really like something like this with the base machined down to fit in place of the front sight. Two colors, three different sizes of each, very easily changed out, and very bright in most conditions

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
