Monson Massachusetts era barrel shrouds have 2 line roll marks:

Palmer Massachusetts era barrel shrouds only have a 1 line caliber only roll mark.
(Caliber) 357 MAGNUM CTG.

EWK are like Palmer, one line,  but the type is larger. 

EWK Arms also uses a one line roll mark. The font used is larger and thinner than a Palmer shroud.

Norwich NY era barrel shrouds have one line in fancy writing, that's laser etched on the shroud.
