well i finally got a 22 , blued 6 inch , this is a sweet gun it is amazing the barrel, body, grips everything is 100% except it has some cylinder ring wear if not for that it would appear to be brand new , i'm very pleased, have to post pics later

The good news is that the cylinder drag ring will no affect function or accuracy.
The bad news is, well, there is no bad news, you got a DW 22 
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Congrats on that .22. Now you can do a whole lot of shooting in an inexpensive way.  I would like to find one too.
