I bought a nice 732 8"VH with the box a few months back and like shooting the 32 H&R mag round, but the VH barrel offers a lot of weight forward that in my mind is unnecessary for the recoil of the .32 mag.
I am curious if anyone knows if a 8" V stainless unmarked shroud can be bought from Dan Wesson and then just use my barrel to lessen some of the weight up front?
I keep checking the auction sites, but it seems that anyone with .32s are keeping a hold on their BAs.

About 2 years ago I had Norwich make me a custom 8"V shroud for my model 40. The craftmanship is awesome and I believe they will still make shrouds or barrel assemblies if you want. Excellence does not come cheap though.
