 I have had a 15-2 from what I can tell it was made in 79' and loved it, found a 745 for sale locally and just couldn't pass up the deal! Is there any info on what year the 745 would have been made? I picked it with the original box insert (box missing) original owners manual, barrel tool and barrel shim.

 Hard to tell with the glare on that picture but it looks like a Monson ?
Shroud looks to be Monson but can't see that frame Addy.
Not much info in the registry on the 745's but if it's a Monson that would be Pre-92

Well then I'll throw a guess out there. And this is a guess. Stainless large frames were
available around 1984 to 1985 . Now this is not set in stone, especially on the 45lc but
for every 1000 to 2000Â of the serial number you could figure a year so that gives ya
something. ie if serial # is say SB0003723 then I would guess 1986 to 1987.

Thanks for serial number info! I would guess this to be an 84/85 based on that....the sn is under 1200
