That, willy, is a 744V with the 8" barrel/shroud, Monson made with serial number SB00151x.  I am fired UP to shoot it.  I just picked it up last night & want to walk through a pre-shot physical with it and my favorite mini-flashlight tonight.  Timing & lock up appear fine, but I want to really shine a light on it.

 

I appreciate y'all's comments.  This is a great environment for DW enthusiasts, especially because y'all are always AT LEAST as excited about someone getting a new (to them) one as they are for themselves!!!

 

And willy, I'm from Boone County, WV originally...so you know the law says I have to own one of these. laugh
