I sit in my rocker/recliner every night with these babies at my side (744 10” HV circa 1983 & 715 8” VH circa 2017) and I intermittently practice aiming at my target on the wall next to the TV all night. I might need an intervention? LOL. I thank my wife for being okay with a target taped to the wall in our great room.

So I’ve made 2 DW purchases in the last couple weeks. One was from another honorable member of this DWF forum and the second off GB this afternoon. I haven’t received either as of yet…cannot wait to receive them!
The first is a DW P15-2V (pistol pack) in excellent condition. It is an original pistol pack (not a put together) based upon the historical information I’ve been given, but unfortunately the case has had the original sticker removed making it impossible to prove/officially document originality. Nonetheless, it looks to be a fantastic pack. Many thanks to KarlH, it’s been a pleasure dealing with you!!!
The second purchase I just “won” on GB is a 15-2-15H. It is described as excellent condition and hopefully this is an accurate description. I have 3 days to evaluate and return if not true. I fully expect it to be accurate, I’ll be heartbroken if it’s not.
I need an intervention for my DWAS!

Congratulations. I don't see a need for intervention yet. We will be keeping an eye on you. As long as the wife doesn't complain you are okay. It helps if you buy her something too though.

Thankfully both purchases were “wife approved”. She likes to travel so I’m spending money on a trip to Ft Meyers, FL in January. We might move there, gonna check it out.

I resemble that remark. Actually, it is only the beginning stages of DWAS that you search gunshops. Dans are few and far between, usually not in such good shape and overpriced. The hunt for Dans in shops stopped when I learned about Gunbroker. I learned to use a smart phone, shop eBay on my phone, buy on Gunbroker, joined the Forum, and surf the web. I gave up Newspapers, TV news too and get it all on my phone. Thanks to Dan Wesson revolvers.
